Shipping policy

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Our current processing time for ready-to-ship items is 1-2 weeks. Some items take 4-6 weeks for production, as stated on their product page. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, for destinations within the U.S.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed a few days.
Please wait a week before inquiring about your order. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS if within the US, If international either DHL or UPS.
Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES
SOUR DICE is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping. (Tariffs, Taxes, Vat, etc.) 

INVALID OR INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address we will reach out to arrange to forward your order for an additional $6, or we can refund your order, minus shipping costs. 

LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail couriers, and you will have to reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) to open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better assist in locating your package, as we have no visibility on your package once it leaves our studio.
